Unfurnished 11m2 room with french balcony, in a centrally located apartment.
Rental period - Unlimited - starting any time, latest April 1st.
Location: 3 min walking distance to The Lakes and 10ish min to Nørreport st.
Rent: 4.734 + 434( water and warmth) + electricity, internet and insurance that will be split by the 3 of us.
Deposit: 18.936 (which is a third of the amount we paid for the whole apartment for 3 months deposit + 1 month prepaid rent)
***We will make an official side contract for you that will be attached to the original one - so everything is transparent, legal and official.
*CPR registration is not only possible but required.

The room is part of a shareable 84 m2 apartment, with 3 bedrooms and a shareable kitchen/living room area.
It has... access to a big garden that resembles more a park if anything. :)
The apartment is fully equipped, with the bonus of a washer & dryer and also includes a storage room.
We haven't moved in yet either, so we are all going to move in around the same time and have the chance to start this community and build a home together.
Therefore, we are looking for someone that would like to be a part of that process and participate in decorating the common areas.

A little bit about us: We are Madalina and Sven - friends, not a couple.
We just got this fantastic apartment and want to build a little “adult” collective. We both work full time, so we are looking for someone that does to, in order for our schedules to somehow match. We are all about good vibes and building a little home where we enjoy each other's company and also have the environment necessary for sustaining a full-time job and fun on the weekends.
Sven is 30 years old and currently working as a software developer. When he is not out with friends, he enjoys boxing, cooking and coding.
Madalina is 26 years old and currently working within business development in a Medtech company. She enjoys cozy social gatherings, cooking & vino, and Latin dances.
*We both speak English and Danish (Sven natively) and Madalina (as after 8 years living in Dk).
