Sharing flat in the center of Copenhagen

I am searching for a nice and caring roommate to share my apartement.

I live in a beautiful 100 sq. big apartment in the center of Copenhagen, right next to the lakes and Vesterbro.

The apartment is a 3 room apartment with a beautiful shared livingroom in the center, big and bright kitchen and a pilates-friendly big sized bathroom.

I am a social and kind person, always on the go an busy. I work and study and I appreciate to be at home as well as on my way. I have great experience living with other people and I appreciate social as well as alone time. I am searching for a clean and openminded roommate.

Extra info about me: I have a online vintagestore on the side of work and studies and it happens that there will be clothes on the chairs now and then :) Otherwise im quiet neat and like that things are in place and so. (also im danish :))

The room in the apartment for rental is light and cosy and are sublettet for a period of two years, by my friend who leaves me for a while.

The room is unfurnished, but there will be fully furnished common areas.

Desposit, 3 months rent and 3 month rent is expected if you are the chosen one to be my roommade :) Also electricity is to be payed every 3 month. Internet 115 kr.
