Hi Guys,
I am looking for a roommate for this 4-room flat in Sydhavn. The flat is located in the new area Sluseholmen canal town – what we call the Danish Venice. It is a very popular neighborhood on the rise.
The flat is on the ground floor, which means we have direct access to the canal from the balcony – you can jump straight in and there is a ladder to get up again. This is amazing during both summer and winter :)
There are two balconies, morning sun on the canal side which makes it perfect for eating breakfast with a view, and afternoon sun (and sunset) on the other one which fits a late night chillout with your roomies. (this balcony is being remodeled at the time as see on the pictures) Furthermore, we have a terrace area with a table and grill (though it is not shown on the flo...orplan).
We are two guys living here already and we are renting out the third room, since our current roomie is moving back to Belgium. The exact room is shown on the floor plan.
The room has a canal view and morning sun, and comes with a build-in closet. An additional perk of occupying this exact room, is direct cabel access to our 1000 mbit internet. The other rooms only have wireless and slower :)
The room can be rented furnished as shown on the pictures or unfurnished. The current desk and bed are quite large so take up some space but can be exchanged with your own furniture.
We also have a room in the basement which you can use for spare things.
The price is including utilities and internet.

My name is Kamil, and I am 21 years old. I´m originally Polish but grew up here in Denmark, since I was a few months old. I am a really open and social guy who loves to meet and socialize with new people. That said, I also enjoy being a bit by myself with a good book or Netflix show. I love to travel and recently got back from a 10 month trip in Asia. I am also an entrepreneur and for the past 4 years I have been working on a startup. I will also be studying Business and Philosophy on CBS starting September. This is what I spent most of my time on on a day-today basis. In my free time, I like to be active and social – play some sports, go hang out with friends, road trips or anything else that sounds like a fun time. I also bartend from time to time :)
My name is Victor and I am 22 years old. I am also a quite open guy who enjoys being social and having fun. This summer I will be starting my studies at KU or RUC in antropology or business studies. In my free time I play basketball, go to the gym, and just hang out with friends.
