Room for rent in Østerbro
(MUCH nicer in real life than in the, slightly old, photos)
THE ROOM:
I rent out a room of approx. 16 square meters. The room is located in an apartment right by the lakes (Sortedam Dossering) and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe with large mirror and a small bookcase. There is also a private balcony with a gorgeous view of the lakes.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is 74 square meters and is shared with me.
There will NOT be access to the dining/living room (until mid August from which time there will be access to all of the common areas), but you are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking as well as the large bathroom. In the basement, it is possible to wash/dry clothes cheaply and train in the Thorax Trainer.
Buses 6A, 150S, 184, 185 and 1...A as well as an Brugsen and Rigshospitalet are within 5 minutes' walking distance. 3 minutes by bike takes you to Netto and Trianglen Metro and Fælledparken. You can bike to the beach at Nordhavn in just 10 minutes.
ABOUT ME
I work around 12 hours a day as an attorney, and live an extremely active life, as I am also training for the Copenhagen Ironman. Therefore, I like to spend my time at home just hanging out in a quiet area, and as an introvert I am not exactly looking for my next best friend, but maybe just a nice likeminded person to share the apartment with.
ABOUT YOU
We keep the apartment very clean, parties are not welcome, and we rarely have visitors. It is an apartment where we can come home and relax and just be.
As I am motivated by people who inspire me to have energy, and I prefer that you are also an active person, who goes out to explore, travels, etc. and don't sit at home every day and evening. I.e. it is not suitable for working from home.
