18sqm large bright room, located on Amagerbro, 30 meters from Amagerbro Metro and bus stop, looking for tenant / roomate.
The room has associated curtains and storage cupboards / chests of drawers.
The apartment is so centrally located that with 3 stops by the metro you are at Amager Strandpark one way and 2 stops the other way at Kongens Nytorv.
The apartment is newly renovated, with a nice bathroom where there is access to the washbasin.There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher and with access to a cozy large balcony which opens onto a quiet and cozy courtyard.
I am looking for a tenant / roommate who is non-smoking, clean and tidy (important), would like to be socially minded and be part of the community in the apartment but at the same time can respect a closed door.
You must be an animal lover because I have a dog. It is important that you are responsible and can be able to contribute to a well-functioning everyday life in the apartment.
It is important to me that you agree that the room is rented out to only one tenant!
If you feel that you can live up to the above, you will have a landlord / roommate who is open-minded, down to earth, social but at the same time respects a closed door, welcoming and easy to talk to.
It must also be said that I am gay, so it is a requirement that you are open-minded and respect the LGBT community 110%.
The rent for all this is DKK 6.895, of which water, heating, electricity, wifi, toilet paper and kitchen roll are included in the price.
