I am renting out a room in my two story apartment from the beginning of mid April or start May, as my current roomie is moving in with her boyfriend.
The apartment is currently for sale and I can therefore only make a 2 month fixed contract which will be with a 1 month termination notice. There will be the possibility of extension if the apartment is not sold.
The room is a big light room of 17 m2 located on the bottom floor right next to the bathroom. It comes with the curtains and there will be a possibility of taking over some of the furniture which is already there if interested.
I live upstairs in a room divided into a small bedroom and a separate area of the dining room. Dining room, kitchen and bathroom are communal areas.
About me: I am 29 and I am writing my thesis in philology at KU.
