Apartment for rent in Ballerup 2750! (6 months)

Hi!
I'm a student from DTU in Denmark looking for a student to rent my apartment when I am studying abroad.

Rent is 3214 DKK/month.

Rent term is September 1st - January 31st, so 5 months.

The apartment is partially furnished, and deposit is 7500DKK for the furniture (deposit is only used if something breaks, otherwise deposit is returned).
Require 2 months rent paid in advance.

The bed is a sleeping couch, so it folds out to a sizable bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a pot and pan, as well as dishes, cutlery and cooking equipment.
There is access to washing machine (max. 3 washes per week free of charge). As well as access to a common-kitchen with oven and a freezer.
Internet, water and heat is included in the rent. Electricity is paid separately.
