Room in newly-build apartment in Randers

I'm renting out a room in my apartment for a few months.
The apartment is about 102m2 apartment and nearly fully furnished. It comes with a closet and a single-bed.

With the room, you'll have access to the rest of the apartment, including a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a washer/dryer, and a terrasse, all of which you'll share with me. The building also offers a room-top terrasse and several outdoor areas. There's also a smart TV in the living room with several streaming platforms that are free-to-use.

p.s. rent is included wifi, water, heat, electricity, etc.
Smoking is only allowed outside. Anybody living in the room will also be covered by my housing insurance and have access to all the building facilities through me.
