We are looking for a person to rent out the remaining bedroom in our beautiful apartment!
There are 1.5 bathrooms, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. You will get access to the shared living and kitchen space as well as the huge open outdoor terrace. Off of the outdoor terrace is access to large enclosed storage room. Building is equipped with an elevator! Building has bike parking outside, as well as kayak and paddleboard storage in the basement.
The bedroom has built-in closet with lots of space and comes with a bed (140 x 200). Size of room is approximately 12 meters square.
CPR registration available.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!
8 min walk to Netto and Spar. Lots of cafés and restaurants around. 20 min walk to the Sydhavn St. train station. Closest metro is Enghave Square which is an 11 ...min bike ride.
Move in cost: First and last month rent + deposit equal to one month rent.
About the roommates:
Hannah is 24 and attending grad school at Aalborg University in Copenhagen where she is getting my degree in refugee studies and humanitarian law. She is friendly and respectful of other people's spaces (She too needs time to herself sometimes). However, she also enjoy cooking and hanging out with friends. She is looking for roommates who enjoy good food and a glass of wine or just hanging out and watch something ridiculous on tv, but also respect personal space! You also have to be okay with cats. She has a kitty named Nori - who can be shy but also very friendly and cuddly once she gets comfortable with you. Nori does enjoy playing and you can get her to like you by giving her treats, but like most cats, she tends to spend most of her day napping in the sun.
Susanne is 21 and works full time as a purchasing coordinator. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her friends, family, and boyfriend. She can appreciate a closed door and would love to make a meal or have a drink with her roommates when she does have a break from her busy schedule.
