Our lovely collective is looking for a new flatmate for 5 months. The rental period (from 6.9.2019-10.2.2020) covers the full winter semester, so it’s perfect for students. But of course anyone who is interested is more than welcome to write me!!
The room is about 14 m² and is fully furnished (bed, dresser, wardrobe, etc.). The other rooms (such as the kitchen, living area, two bathrooms and two balconies) you will share with your other 3 international flatmates. Since we’re a collective, we like cooking together, going for a walk/drink or just discussing various things that are relevant. However, if you want your peace and quiet you can definitely get that in your room.
We’re perfectly located in Valby since our apartment is right across the Ny Ellebjerg Station (RE and S-trains A,E,F) which brings you to Central station within 6 minutes; 10-15 minutes by bike. For food, the nearest supermarket is literally downstairs which makes grocery shopping super convenient and also Foodsharing is a 5-minute bike ride away. If you feel like going for a walk, Valbyparken is right around the corner and is a nice retreat from the city.
The monthly rent covers everything (water, electricity, internet, etc.) and is 5,750 DKK per month. Deposit is two months rent.
