Room in 2 bedroom apartment

Hey!!!
I'm taking over a two bedroom apartment in Sydhavnen (Teglholmsgade) from 1 July and looking for another girl to join me long term(preferably in her mid 20s/early 30s, young professional) (not suitable for couples/pets).

About the place: As you can see in the pictures apartment looks quite messy as current tenants are in the process of moving out. But it's going to be more welcoming when you move in and we can take a common effort to make it our home??. Furniture you see in the pictures will remain and I'm planning to get few more items. Key details:
- 96m2 with two bedrooms and has huge balcony with evening sun, third floor, few minutes from the water
- Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, storage and bike parking in the basement
- Your room is around 13m2 comes with double bed, two huge closets(making it plenty of room for storage) and window shades
- Price: 7,000 + utilities (water, heating, electricity depending on consumption and internet)
- 2 months deposit + 1 month prepaid rent

About me: I'm 25 year old Lithuanian girl, who is living in CPH for around 2 years. I work as Investment Advisor in corporate and am passionate about what I do. In my free time I enjoy working out, spending time outdoors, hanging out in the city trying amazing places CPH has to offer, reading and traveling (really wish I can do more soon!). Or just having a glass of wine while laying on the couch and watching tv series.
I want to create a friendly home with a relaxed and positive atmosphere. Where we would get along together while at the same time understanding and respecting each other’s privacy and keeping the common areas clean and tidy without being obsessed about it.
