We are renting out a fully furnished room (10 sq. meters) in a 4-room apartment located in Gyngemose parkvej, 2860 Søborg. It takes 30 minutes by bike to Nørreport station, and around 25 minutes to Lyngby station. You will have access to the living room, the kitchen, bathroom, and storage facilities. You will be sharing the apartment with two other male tenants. You will also have access to dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine. There is a bus stop Juni Allé where you can get bus lines 166 and 200S. Fakta and REMA 1000 supermarkets are within 300 meters. The room is available only for one person. Moving-in is possible from 1st of October, 2019 for half a year with a possibility of extension. CPR registration is possible as well. The rent is 4900 kr. including utilities for electricity and internet. The deposit is a 1 month rent i.e 4900 kr.
