Cozy room in hearty apartment

From November 1st we have a cozy room in our shared apartment for rent. The rental period is limited to December 9th, as I’ve terminated our lease.

But do you love water in the front yard, too much red wine and Star Wars and shared living with social dudes? Then look no further!


We have a really nice room available in our tiny little shared apartment on Teglholmen. The room is 14 square meters, has a built in closet and a lovely French balcony facing the yard. The apartment has another 2 bedrooms, a big room for storing messy shit, a big bathroom with washing machine, and a big living room combined with a kitchen.

Apart from that we have an amazing balcony facing the inner harbour.

In the apartment is another few good guys… Thue, a cool young dude studying to be a teacher, and does a bunch of volunteer work at his campus, and then Jesper, a weird, beardy man with a love for noisy music and sci-fi. Oh, and weird collector’s items and old gaming consoles.

We’re looking for a sociable roommate who’d like to participate in the social stuff at home. We really do respect closed doors, but love to hang out.
Even though we love being sociable and having company over, we’re pretty calm people. We don’t like insane parties, and we expect a roommate to feel the same way. A little company festiveness and good mood are okay, naturally, but we have a lot of respect for our neighbours.

Once a week we have a visit from our sweet cleaning lady who cleans the entire place, make our beds and tidy up. That’s of course included in the rent.


Rent for the entire period, including utilities, internet and cleaning, is 8500 (6500 a month). Deposit will be 1 month rent - 6500.


We REALLY hope to find the perfect roommate for our last time in the apartment, and we’d love to have you over for a glass of red wine and a chat if you’re interested in living with us.
