As the beautiful couple Mary and Fernando decides to go back to their home Argentina, we search for a couple or someone who can rent the bedroom from our house.
It is a fully furnished brand new 2 story 113 m2 villa house with 2 bathrooms (rare thing in CPH). With well equipped Kitchen with new appliances, living room and a bathroom at ground floor with beautiful backyard for summer barbeque.
On first floor there are 3 bedrooms and one big bathroom with washing machine-Dryer.
You will get the biggest bedroom with bed.
The apartment has good connectivity to all Copenhagen.
The rent will be 8K DKK (including heating, electricity and water). WIFI-Internet is available, you can contribute if you wish. Deposit will be 3 month rent as per policy.
Also, you will get 2 CPRs.
Last and important, you will be sharing the home with two open minded and cheerful guys.
Myself Dhiraj, an Indian computer engineer works in CPH. Dhiraj is fond of music, cooking, cultures and many other things.
Luca, an Italian guy studying at CBS. I like football, cook nice Italian food and music.
We respect your space and privacy. Also, we like to spend time together over coffee and chats. Cook together and occasional dinners (Indian and Italian treats )
And yes, we are Non-Smokers.
