About the apartment: 111sqm, 4-room apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 office and living room/kitchen) ideally located. (30 seconds from Rema1000, 5min from Bella Center metro stop, 5min from Field’s mall, 15min to Kongens Nytorv, Kobenhavn Central Station, or even the airport, 2h30 away from Paris, Rome, etc…). The building is new from 2017 and in great shape. Bike sheds are located in the center of the building. Your room would be 12sqm and is a copy of the room you can see in the pictures. It’s facing east so we get good light in the mornings but we get sunset on the balcony :). The room will come unfurnished but has the two large white wardrobes you see in the bedroom picture. There is also a walking closet and half of it can be yours to store your clothes and suitcases.
Rent: 6,800DKK/mo – Deposit 27,200DKK (including first month of rent) w/ proper subletting contract, CPR registration possible.
About the roommate: I am French, 29, young (at least I believe so) professional. My office is 5-min walk so I work mostly from there. On the weekends, I am a rugby referee in Denmark or abroad. I like sports, social activities, food and wine/beer/rum. I moved to Copenhagen and Denmark in January'22 (after living in many countries) so I am new to the area and still discovering new things every day.
Who I am looking for: I am looking for a person around the same age than me, who also wants to share and exchange with a roommate from time to time, respectful of people and things.
