Nice tidy apartment next to Strandlovsvej

Hello everyone, my name is Lucas Truett, I'm looking for a new long term roommate immediately from December. My only requirement is that you're clean and polite. You'll be living with me and a nice Portuguese guy called Tiago. We both work crazy hours and are out a lot of the time. The apartment is cozy and nicely equipped. Everything one would need in the kitchen, including dishwasher and nice quality appliances. We got hue lights in the whole apartment that are connected to google assistant and could change color if you want to set a mood. Google speakers in the living room and bathroom, for those who enjoy singing in the shower. Also a new washing machine and dryer there. In the living room you'll find a nice big couch and an 85 inch TV available with Apple TV, and all major streaming services. We also have a nice balcony with a parasol, small table and a few seats. That's also our smoking area. I personally don't smoke but Tiago does. So you're welcome to join him there if you need. Our previous roommate did not have any curtains, but considering that one entire wall your future bedroom here is made of glass windows, I strongly suggest you to prioritize getting some. The apartment is located next to Strandlovsvej, close to grocery stores, gyms, 2 metro stations, and not far from the beach either. Plus, a 10 minute bike ride away from Copenhagen’s city center. The rent includes all bills. I'm asking for 14,000 in safety deposit, plus the first and last month of rent. 6200 for December's rent + 6200 for your last month whenever you leave, plus 14000 in deposit. The move-in price is a total of 26,400
