We are looking for one or two more persons to join our lovely place! It is important that you are interested in participating in making it a even cosier apartment. We are 5 people of mixed gender, nationalities and backgrounds, between 25 and 32, looking for the last roommate:
- Pablo, mixed blood from all over the place. Working as a climate and energy consultant, travelling often to countries like South Korea, China and India to help with their green energy transition. Guitars, politics, and climbing.
-Alexandra, born in Poland, defined in Germany, working as an art director for B&O and spending time in her own art studio. Big fan of veggie food and David Lynch movies
-Ane, our Danish carpenter, she creates beautiful art pieces out of fancy wood. Also, the most handy of the bunch. Alway...s up for a nice beer.
- Timothée, arrived from Paris. Timothée is working in communications at the French institute. A culture enthusiast and boss of the Home Theater. You can find her runding around Vesterbro.
Your age, gender, religion, etc. do not matter, we just care that you have a clear hold of your economy, and an open mind and willingness to share. While we don't have rules regarding common food or eating, we prefer someone that does not spend all of their time locked in their room. We want people that come to live in the flat, and not just "rent a room" in it.
The room is available for one person or a couple and is unfurnished. roomsize is around 21m2.
The apartment is extremely spacious, with 212 m2 in total. A big living/dining room and a newly renovated spacious kitchen (fully equiped with an induction stove and 2 fridges and freezers). It has two bathrooms, renovated recently with floor heating and showers. We have our own new washing machine, drying machine, and dishwasher. There is a nice wooden parquet floor throughout the flat, including the rooms. No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
The rent is 7750 per month, and that includes water and heating. Electricity and Wi-Fi are on top, split among roommates.
