Since my girlfriend and I are leaving our current place, and our other two roommates leave the house by the end of April, there is a transition period of 2,5 months from 01.02 to 15.04.2021 where we would like to rent out our current rooms to interested new tenants. The house is shared with two German gentlemen, Christoph (24) and Birk (23) and located in Gyldenrisvej in Amager.
About the rooms:
For the two rooms available and you're free to choose between an 11sqm and an 8sqm room.
Room 1:
11 sqm
Rent: 4338,5 DKK
Aconto: 350 DKK
Deposit: 8677 DKK (2x rent)
Room 2:
8 sqm
Rent: 3328,5 DKK
Aconto: 350 DKK
Deposit: 6657 DKK (2x rent)
We have two small terraces and a shed that you're welcome to use. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and quite modern (in fact the house was build in 201...9). There's all the important kitchen equipment in the house, e.g., dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, etc. as well as bathroom equipment like washing machine and dryer. The house has an extra guest's toilet and the kitchen is spacious enough to eat together or have friends over. If you work from home, we can welcome you with high-speed wifi (up to 1000 mbps) that is included in the rent.
Grocery stores like Føtex, SuperBrugsen, Rema 1000, and Lidl are within walking distance just around the corner. There is a bus stop right next to our place and the metro station is 6min by bike. Also, you can get to Amager strand in 13min and to the city center in 15min.
About the roommates:
Christoph and Birk are both from Germany and study at CBS. Jointly, they speak English, Danish, German, and Spanish. They are often busy learning for their masters degree and they work besides their studies. However, they also like to meet in the living room to eat or grab a coffee together.
Presentation of rooms:
Due to Corona, we're ready to present our house to you digitally. However, if you like to stop by and see the rooms physically, you are more than welcome.
As mentioned, the rental period is limited to mid-April (15.04) since the main contract will be terminated by 30.04. However, there's a possibility to take over the apartment afterwards if that is of interest. Please ask for more info on that. :)
