Newly renovated apartment.

The apartment is located in islands Brygge which is both famous from television(“familien fra Bryggen”), and one of the most popular summer hubs during the summer. In the winter the neighborhood is quiet with a charming coziness like taken out of a romantic movie.

There are 3 different groceries stores to chose from just in walking distance, and a lot of good eating places if the mood isn’t for cooking.

The apartment is very central in Copenhagen. It is located in the end of the bridge that separates Amager from inner Copenhagen.The subway station - Islands Brygge metro - is very close by, like 3 minutes walking distance, and you have a lot of busses close as well, and if you prefer walking you can be at the City Hall Square in 15-20 minutes.

As stated in the headline the apartment is newly renovated in 2018, however no one has been living there since. The owner is currently not living in Denmark and therefor he has decided to rent it out. There is both dishwasher and washing-machine installed, which makes it easier for the tenant to take care of cleaning. The apartment has nice finishing details like raw brick walls blended with modern details which gives it a rustic modern look. The kitchen is also completely new with modern quality kitchen equipment such as steam oven and induction hob with integrated extraction hood(pretty cool stuff ;) ) all from quality brands. The bathroom has also been extended in size to fit a shower cabinet with glass door and a luxury shower head.

The apartment consists of one living room(not furnished) and one bedroom furnished with a closet and a bed(180x200). If the tenant would like the living room furnished it would be possible however it would increase the price a bit.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or singles, however apartment sharing is not permitted.
