There are 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room with plenty of sunlight. The area of the apartment covers 107 m 2 and it includes an open balcony, facing the water.
The room in question is 10 m 2 and it has a one-unit, built-in wardrobe and a large window, facing the inner area. The rent for the room is 5,000 DKK + 325 DKK for heating & water.
The deposit is 15,000DKK and there is a last month rent of 5000 DKK upon moving in.
The move in date is the 2 nd of February 2020 and we are interested in long-term rental period.
You will be living with two guys in their late 20s, one from Bulgaria and one from France, both
working full time. We are quite social and are used to doing activities together every once in a while.
