I have lived in my apartment for the last 7 years with 4 roommates. As I have gotten older and finished my studies, I am now looking for one person to share my vast apartment with.
The apartment is 140 square meters in total, where 80 square meters share spaces in a large kitchen, terrace, and two toilets (one with a bathroom). You will get two rooms for your personal use. The bedroomed is fully furnished (13 square meters ) and the room next to it is halve furnished (9 square meters). The little room is perfect for a home office, workout studio, you name it.
I am looking for a person that doesn’t want to live alone but also likes to not live in a shoe box. I have loved having roommates but now I think that it would be nice to just have one roommate so there will be times were you also alone in the apartment. I am looking for a roommate that is mature and open-minded and works full-time.
I work full-time outside the city as a development engineer so I am often gone from early morning to 17-18 in the evening. I work from home roughly one day a week. I am very outgoing and will never say no to a glass of red wine. I “love” working out and chilling at home. It is very important that the energy in the house Is positive and that my things are treated with respect. I sometimes babysit my brother's dog so it is a must that you like dogs.
