Hello all,
There's a room available in our lovely apartment for a short period: 22 October - 1 February (we can talk dates properly, if you're interested). It's 5,700DKK/pcm, inc. all bills (water, heating, electricity, Netflix/ Prime TV, basic household supplies). 1 month deposit required (+ last week of October rent, but we can arrange when is best to pay together).
The room comes furnished (double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bookshelf, chair, etc.), and it's really warm (what with the coming winter). The apartment has a bathroom, WC, two balconies, and a big kitchen/ living space. It's set just above a Spar, near local cafés and shops (Spinderiet/ Fisketorvet is 10mins away), and it's right across the road from the S-train station (it takes 10mins to get to central; 15/20mins by bike). We're also really close to Valbyparken and Sydhavnstippen (big parks -- which are lovely), and there's lots of covered parking space for your bike (if you have one). The area is a nice balance of quiet and calm, but close enough to where all the action is in the city!
You'd be sharing with our lovely lot, from Italy, France and the US. We're a mixture of young professionals and students (male and female), so we're open to anyone willing to settle into a community atmosphere. We're clean, tidy and respectful; we like to live communally, do everything fairly, and enjoy being in each other's company; we go out, and eat together as often as possible (but, when you prefer your privacy, we understand that too -- we're all human).
No smoking indoors but on the balcony is good :)
Single occupancy only. If you're looking for CPR we're can figure that out too.
