About the house:
The house is located in Doris Lessings Vej, Copenhagen S 2300, 8mins walk (700m) to Bella Center metro station, 20 mins to nørrport station. 300m to the supermarket, 600m to the shopping mall Field’s, 500m to 16 bus station.
The house is a 3-floor building, 116 sqm in total. There is a full-function kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, etc. ), dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor, where you can have dinner/party without disturbing upstairs. From the dining room we have access to a small garden. On the first floor, there is a bedroom and a living room. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower, the washing machine and dryer are in the up one.
The room is furnished with bed, desk, and wardrobe. Internet is included (1000M/s speed), but we will share the electricity, water and heating bill. The rental period is unlimited, while the long-term is preferred. Rent to one person, no couple.
Deposit: one month
Contract and CPR registration are offered.
About us:
I am 30 years old, male, doing my Ph.D. study at KU. I like everything to be organized and cleaned. Non-smoker, like playing table tennis and badminton. I like to live with people from different cultures.
You will share the second floor with Mandy who is clean and quiet.

About you:
You could be male or female, have a regular life. You have to be non-smoker, not only to keep your personal hygiene but also willing to take part in public cleaning.
