As I am going on exchange this fall, I’ll be subletting my dorm room from approximately 01/09 – 31/12, although I am quite flexible with both move-in and move-out dates (so you don’t have to be out just before New Year’s).
The room is approx. 32 m2 and includes its own, quite large bathroom. The price for the room is 5700 kr., and this includes heating, water, electricity and internet. The room will of course be furnished, containing bed, office chair and desk. The Tv will also be there although you will have to bring your own Netflix account ;)
The room is part of a new dorm located on Amager. You will be part of a shared kitchen along with 16 other lovely people – some of which are exchange students as well, so you don’t have to worry about being the odd one out. There’s common dinner every Sunday, and if you feel like doing more with your kitchen mates it’s as easy as writing a message, or simply asking!
The dorm is located close to Islands Brygge, being directly opposite ITU, and a 2 minute walk to University of Copenhagen, Amager. Supermarkets are within a 3 minute walk and the Metro is just a 5 minute walk away connecting you to the rest of Copenhagen within 15 minutes.
The dorm is furthermore equipped with a washing room with both washing machines and dry-ers, a café where all your coffee needs can be fulfilled, as well as both group rooms for book-ing and a study hall for when the exams need to be finished.
