Room in 104 sqm townhouse rented out to female. I'm living here with my 2 year old son, so you need to be comfortable with having a toddler around :-)
Your room is on the 2nd floor, is 7 sqm, but you will also have ability to store your clothes in the hallway outside your room + your own bathroom with bathtub. Currently there is a bedside table and inflatable mattress in the room that you may use until you buy a bed.
Additionally, you'll of course have access to the common areas with:
- kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, dining table, chairs, kitchen supplies
- living room with Smart TV and Netflix
- toilet on 1st floor with washing machine/tumble dryer
- outside terrace with lounge seating
- private garden
- parking space in the driveway, and/or a space to store your bike
The rent is inclusive heating, electricity, internet, laundry and TV/Netflix usage.
The house is located in a quiet part of Hvidovre, but with access to shopping, cafes and fitness center and Hvidovre beach close by. 8 mins walking to bus and 4 mins biking to Åmarken St. I usually bike to the train station and it takes me a total of 15 mins to get to Central Station.
