I'm moving out after almost two years in this lovely apartment, and looking for someone to take over my room in this shared flat.
The room is in a nice apartment in Aalborg, at Løkkegade 7
We are needing a new flatmate for the 1st of June.
The vacant room is roughly 8,3m2 and comes with 1 closet built into corner of the room.
Monthly rent is 3145
Electricity every quarter is roughly 1500
Internet is at 83 per month.
The move-in deposit is 8950 + one month’s rent + 325 contract administrative fee.
Total move in rate is therefore 12420
A little about your future flatmates:
-Steven Teglman is 27 years old and from Canada, but is actually half-Danish. An ex-bartender, he studies Computer Science at UCN. He loves beer, videogames, and other nerdy things.
-Michael Allan Larsen is 36 years old. He is in search for a commerce management internship. He likes films, books, games and the occasional night out drinking.
Both fairly social people, but also know when to give each other space. We seldom decline a social beer together every now and again.
What we’re hoping for in a flatmate:
-Preferably not your first time living “on your own”.
-Financially stable.
-Open to being social, but also respectful of a closed door.
-That you are tidy and clean up after yourself in the common areas.
The apartment is nice, spacious, and is right in the heart of Aalborg, at Løkkegade 7, on the second floor. The apartment measures at 112m2 and each person has their own room. The apartment is also complete with a large living room, fully functioning kitchen, and a huge bathroom. There’s also a washing machine, dryer, as well as a brand-new dishwasher.
Last but not least, we have private parking in the back during weekends.
