Hi,
Room for rent in a villa in Hvidovre for rent in up to 12 months (possible longer). It is located 5 min from Friheden station (A-line) and busses (4A, 200S) as well as shops and fitness/sports facilities. Really good spot for anyone working at Hvidovre hospital, in Sydhavn (by train or a 5km nice bike route along the water) or Vestegnen. Nice nature spots close by for walking, jogging, cycling, and a beach when that time comes.
You will have access to the common rooms (bathroom, kitchen, living room, hall, toilets, garden, rehearsing room, etc) and common appliances (fridge, freezer, laundry machine, wifi, etc). Consumption of water, heat, electricity and internet (1000 MB/sec) is included in the rent. Registration of address: no problem.
We have a large garden which we invite you t...o enjoy. You are more than welcome to get involved in what we should grow in it (and the greenhouse) this year.
We have drawers, a table, a chair and a mattress if you want. If you need a bed frame and want to stay more than a few months, we can buy one
If you play an instrument so much merrier! There’s a piano on the bottom floor and rehearsal room in the basement. We play sometimes but not regularly as we currently do not rehearse in bands.

- Hvidovre Hospital: 7 min (bus 200S)
- Copenhagen Central Station: 13 min (S-train)
- Brøndby Strand: 5 min (S-train)
- Sydhavn Station: 8 min (S-train)
The house will generally be quiet in the weekdays, as we are often not there, so it will be you and our future tenant, Baptiste from France. In weekends and holidays, it will generally be the opposite of quiet. Our kids are quite loud, frankly. They however have screen time in the mornings...
We have a future tenant, Baptiste, who is moving in 1st of January. As we want to find a good fit in a constellation we don't yet know so well, we will wait with meet-ups till around mid january.
The room is available from 1st of February 2022.
We are:
- Sofia (49). Works as associate professor in Music Cognition. Plays drums and takes dancing lessons.
- Bjørn (49). Works as self employed programmer. Studied computer science and philosophy. Plays bass and acoustic guitar.
- Fenja (9). Creative, very talkative and would like to be an inventor.
- Toste (7). Also very creative. Likes playing Minecraft and building games in Roblox Studio
- Baptiste (24). Other tenant. French research assistant working at DTU (National Food Institute)
