I'm renting out my lovely single room.

Date of moving in: 1st of April
You will share the kitchen and the bathroom with me.
1 minute walk- Royal Arena
10 minute walk- Shopping mall Field incl. cinema
5 minute walk- Metro station „Vestamager" or "Ørestad"
15 minute- to city centre (Kgs Nytorv) by metro
10 minute- to the airport by train

I dont have any rules that are out of ordinary. I’m a busy person as well, working full time and sometimes I hit the gym. I’m the quiet type, doing my daily routine and like saving up money for going on vacations( I travel pretty often).
I like to liv...e in a clean house, therefore I’m expecting that everyone will participate on their own in keeping the common areas of the flat clean.
Though I can understand if one time someone leaves the dishes in the sink, because he was in a rush or whatever reason.What I don’t undertand if he does it on a regular basis.Especially when there is a dishwasher in the kitchen.
During the weekdays I prefer that after 22 o’clock people are more likely aware of the fact that they have neighbours, thus being mindfull regarding the noise level.
I’m not a big fan of parties at home, so much to clean after and the fact that have to take care of all the idiots so they dont end up ruining the apart, drives me nuts.( I paid what it equals to a kidney in deposit,I prefer to avoid it).
I dont have anything against in bringing friends/boyfriends/swingers at home, but a little heads up would be nice .
Everyone is welcomed, as long as it doesn’t bother anyone and respects the time frame of making ‘’noise.’’ :D
I’m also social and friendly,I like to spend time with my flatmates watching movies, or just doing stuff together, if everyone is up for it.
