It has a lovely little balcony, and a shared rooftop terrace with views of the city. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, storage units and wardrobe. The apartment is situated right in the city centre, with walking distance to the train station as well as shops and restaurants;

2 minute walk to the train station
5 minute walk to shops/restaurants
15-20 minute cycle to the University

The current flatmate is a very nice and sociable, Norwegian girl who studies medicine on her 3rd year. We are preferably looking for a female student to move in. Please drop me a message, including some lines about yourself!

The room will be available for sublet from 26.01.19-26.08.19. The rent is 3800DKK with monthly bills of approximately 700DKK.
