Room for Rent in Aarhus C

Hi there!
I am subletting my room for the time July 1st/ August 1st
2021- February 1st 2022. There is a possibility for extension. Looking for a single person. The room is big, around 17 m2 and is completely furnished. Everything you see in the picture will be left there, except bed sheets, duvet and pillows and possibly the couch. If you don't want certain furniture, we agree and I will sell it. ??
The apartment is in Aarhus C on Hallssti street, a 7 min walk from the train station, with Rema, Fotex, SuperBrugsen and Netto very close. You will share the apartment with Iulian, he is 27, works as a personal trainer and he is a very friendly and organised roommate. ?? Laundry is common for the whole building, for free, in the basement. We have a pretty large living room and a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and a new fridge bought just last year.
Rent: 4500 dkk/ month including everything except internet- around 130 dkk/ month
Deposit- 2 months rent- 9000 dkk
So moving in price is 13500
