* The whole apartment is cleaned by a professional twice a month.

Tenants:
* You will be sharing the apartment with a Serbian and a Portuguese.
* It is only for non smokers.
* The room is for an individual, not couples.

The rent is of 6.500 DKK, utilities included. The deposit will be of a single month.
