Beskrivelse
Move-in date December 15. The rent is excl. water, electricity and internet. Expect it to be somewhere around 7,5k, definitely not more than that. Water/heating is always 400, internet is always 150 and electricity depends on our consumption - the last bill was 118kr.

This large flat (108m2) is located in the heart of Frederiksberg. It's right in between Frb, Forum and Frb Allé metro station. There is a bus station right around the corner. The house is located opposite to the beautiful botanical garden/park Landbohøjskolens Have and this is also what you'll see from your window when procrastinating. Having said that, there is no other building disrupting your view, which means there is lots of light and you can walk around naked (in your room), haha. There are big built-in closets in y...our room. If you wish, you can use the desk and chair - if not, I'll just get rid of it.
The kitchen is pretty spacious and equipped. There is a jug kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge + freezer, an induction cooker, lots of dishes, mokka, aeropress and a cold-brew maker.
Considering typical Danish bathrooms, ours is just out of this world, which means that you take a shit and shower at two different spots.
There is quite a big corridor with a shared closet.
The living room is so large that we fit in a ping pong table. You get bonus points if we can use it for something else than looking at it. The table can be also used as a dining table, we just don't have chairs yet. I am currently thinking about selling the table and buying a dining table instead. There is also a balcony. We've built a nice sitting area where we hangout and also drink beers. By the time you move in, there will be a nice big TV.
--
The notice period is 2 months, but we can adjust it together. You can register your CPR here, of course. There is a number of rules to be followed, but that we can discuss that over a coffee. As an example, no smoking and no loud music (as per the house rules), sorting waste...

Now a bit about me. I am 26, been living in Denmark for over 7 years. But let's speak English, haha. I have recently finished my master's. Now I work in corporate branding. Love traveling, good food, coffee, beer, chatting just about everything, cultures, photography, nature, all kinds of stuff.
Ideally, you should be like-minded and similar age. You gotta be clean and openminded.
