SURROUNDING AMENITIES: Coop and Kvickly less than a minute away, plus amazing wine bars, pizza, bakery, breakfast places, restaurants, beach, and other fantastic amenities all super super close by.
MOVE IN DATE: ASAP or 01/03/2024
BEDROOM: Yours will be the bottom left on the floor plan and is UNFURNISHED. It’s 12 square metres!
BILLS: Are NOT included in the rent.
ACONTO: Heating & Water 500DKK each. (This is just a guide, could be more/less).
ELECTRICITY: I have an app from the supplier which I will share with you once you move in.
WHO I’M LOOKING FOR: You must love (or like) a cat. As well as living with me, you’ll also share with Poppy, my floof. I work as a chef, doing 11-23 shifts.
I’d like my future flatmate to work fulltime, be a non smoker, friendly, respectful, know how to clean common areas and would like us to be friends, not just someone I share an apartment with.
ABOUT ME: I’m a social, fun, friendly, open minded, respectful Australian woman who has lived in many different countries.
I know how to use a vacuum cleaner/mop, keep common areas clean, cook a lot at home, love entertaining, respectful of my flatmate when they want to do their own thing or retreat to their room.
