The apartment is the only apartment on the top 5th floor, so in a way, it can be considered as a penthouse and it’s 111 sqm so it’s really spacious. It comes with a washing machine and a dryer in a large bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. We have installed a really nice quality projector in the large living room so every time you watch something, it feels like you’re in the cinema. The room will be unfurnished.
The metro is literally right down the street. Rema 1000 is 8 mins away. We have 2 nettos nearby, one 10 mins away and the other 12. Field’s shopping mall is 15 mins away. All by foot.
Right now, they are in a middle of doing a project which will be done in the year 2023. Now we don’t know how long you plan on staying here, but this is just an extra information. You can check this link out. There will be a lot of stores, boutiques, more supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries etc. available right around the area of our building.
