We are looking to sublet our apartment for 2 months while we are away. Minimally furnished.
The most important element here is: we are renting the room for a very low rent - normally we rent it out for 5000. In exchange, we need someone who can be in Copenhagen over the summer and take care of our two rabbits! We will be away for much of July and August. This does not necessarily mean you will be alone for all of that period - we have a couple of friends coming to Copenhagen from abroad who might stay in our room while we are away.
About the apartment:
15 minutes to Nørreport by public transport, right next to the large park Fælledparken and the University of Copenhagen Science campus. Within 5 minutes' walk we have 5 different supermarkets and 2 fitness centers (Fitnessdk and FitnessWorld). Busses 150S, 185 and 184 buses go directly downtown/straight to DTU. The apartment has a courtyard with green areas, picnic tables and shared grills. Within 10-15 minutes on foot are additional supermarkets, Ryparken train station, Svanemøllen train station and the beach Svanemøllen Strand.
In terms of common space, there is the kitchen, bathroom, and a living/dining room. There we have an electrical keyboard, a TV with Netflix, a 'sofa arrangement', and a dining table.
Rent includes water, electricity, WiFi, TV and heating.
About us:
We are Lillian (American, but came to Denmark in 2005) and Gregers (Danish). We are both 25, and are doing Masters in Physics at the University of Copenhagen.
Some of our shared interests are cooking, travel, camping/outdoors, board games, philosophy/religion and science :) We aren't really "party" people, but enjoy dinners, movie nights, and other relaxed social activities.
