Room 16m² from 1. May 2021

We rent out a room of around 16m² from the first of may and we will do a casting where we invite some people the 11. Of April.

It is possible to have your CPR here.

The landlord will sell the apartment at some point but we still have a couple of months until this is getting real. So the perfect situation would be if we find someone who's up to move together into a new place when we have to move from here.

The apartment is in Copenhagen NV, really close to Nørrebro station and everything you possibly should need is close by.
We have a big kitchen with a table football and a sofa room with a big TV and a playstation.
You can smoke in your room but other places only in case of a Party or something like that.

A bit about us. We are 3 people, a girl from Brazil, a boy from Denmark and a boy from Germany. We are all 30+ years old and have a job.

What is the price for the room?
Rent + internet 4550/month
Deposit 9000
Toilet paper, soap and all of this stuff 100/month

We are mainly looking for someone at 25 year's or older.
