My roommate is leaving the apartment at molsgade 3 and is therefore looking for another. The rent is 6250kr/month (water/electricity included and internet not included).
There is a 3 months deposit and the room is available from 1st of June(flexible)
Location:
• 5min from the Latin quarter,
• 10min from Risskov beach
• 10min from Trøjborg
• 5min from Netto (supermarket)
• 10min from the University parken
Your room:
• 20m2
• High ceiling
• The room and apartment is furnished.
The apartment:
• The room is in a nice standing apartment on the 3rd floor shared together with me:
• The apartment is total 70m2.
• Big balcony in wood, with a view on a calm garden to the south.
• There is a washing machine, a drying machine and a dishwasher.
Who are you sharing the apartment with:
• I’m a chemical engineer working fulltime in Fredericia.
• Like rowing, sailing, swimming, and biking.
• Calm with a busy day, but also want to socialize i.e., making pancake and drinking coffee.
• Generally, like the apartment to be clean ? we will have cleaning shifts.
