As I am moving out of my apartment, I am helping my landlord to find a couple or a single person to take it over. The move-in date will be 1st of April.
The apartment (48 m2) is located in Norrebro, right next to superkilen park. It is fully renovated and consist on kitchen fully equipped connected to a living room, a bedroom and a big bathroom. It is located on a 4th floor with elevator and south oriented.
There is laundry room in the same floor and the building has a common rooftop, which is really nice during summer. It also comes with a bike parking and storage room in the basement.
The rent will be 10.095kr monthly, including heat and water. The move-in price consist on 3 months deposit + 1 month prepaid rent.
