The apartment:
Big apartment (130 m^2), two toilets, big living room, kitchen, balcony, and five bedrooms, basement and bikebasement. We have our own dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
We are four people now living together (3 men, 1 woman) at ages between 28-30 years old, and we are looking for a fifth person, preferably a woman, to move in from February. We are mostly Danes, but nationality doesn't really matter to us, as long as you speak English (or Danish).
About you:
You have to be at least 26 years old, be a woman, and a good match to us - and we need to match you as well of course :-). Also, we prefer that you are looking for a longer rental period, at least a year or so (although, the rental period is unlimited). Because you will move into the smallest room in the apartment (8 m^2), your rent will also be the least.
We are in no hurry to find someone, so the "correct fit" is more important to us, than to rent out the empty space in a heartbeat.
About us:
We are Gonzalo (29), Bjarne (29), Kimi (30), and Mikkel (30) and the house cat Frede (1). Gonzalo works in a warehouse. Bjarne is a psychologist. Kimi works as a vet in a local clinic. Mikkel works as a chef.
We are all very collected, friendly and have good communication with one another. We don't have anything we HAVE to do together, other than following the weekly cleaning schedule, but we do like to hang out, talk in the kitchen and sometimes drink a beer together (although, if you don't wish to partake, that is also super fine). It's important to us, that we can talk and communicate with each other, about our lives and everyday activities, but also about practical stuff in the apartment. That said, we are not a "kollektiv", and we all respect each other's privacy and a closed door.
