Hi There,
We are looking for a new flatmate in our 135sqm shared apartment next to Sankt Hans Torv. You will live with Paige, Moritz and Max. Paige (27, almost 28) is from the UK and works in a human rights NGO, loves to go for a run and to play rugby. When she is not cooking or backing crazy stuff, she reads or sings under the shower. Max and Moritz are brothers and if you’re not laughing already you’re probably not from Germany and know that they are named after a kids book. Moritz, the younger brother (26), studies at DTU, loves doing sports and is always up for a discussion on the world. Max, the older brother (29, almost 30), is a PhD student at DTU. When he is not busy with observing his piano catching dust, he loves to cook, read and spend time with friends and doing sports.
We all like to socialise but also like and appreciate privacy when studying, working or simply relaxing ? We are not looking for sharing for convenience, so you should be interested in some social live, too.
Ah haha, yes we’re not only here for us but also the apartment which is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaning robot, fully equipped kitchen) with 4 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. We live on the 5th floor without elevator, if important. We are always happy to accommodate new design features and ideas in the apartment.

- 3 months deposit (cold, 15395 DKK) and 1 month prepaid rent (5132DKK)
