Hey!
We are two 2nd year Masters students looking for a third person to rent a room in our newly-built 4-room flat in Sydhavn, available from the 1st of April. We are not looking for short-term contracts.
The flat is 99sqm, with a balcony, three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Fully equipped with a dryer, washing machine and a dishwasher. It is located on the fourth floor on Teglholmsgade, and the room has a view over the harbour.
The room is "unfurnished" (only comes with a bed) and approx. 9sqm.
Monthly rent is 5,300,- with water and heat included.
Internet is 73kr a month and electricity is around 130kr a month (can fluctuate ofcourse). 1 month deposit, 1 month prepaid.
We are looking for an easy, down-to-earth person for our flat. We are very social so would like someone who is social but also respects a closed door. Also, we clearly need some help decorating the flat, and we will do that soon, so if you have some good ideas, we are very open.
Your potential flatmates:
Jakob: 27 years old, Danish and studying MSc Business Administration and E-business at CBS. Working at a tech/IT company on the side. Likes plants, film photography and his IT setup. Got a thing for mechanical keyboards. Has Star Wars socks.
Will: 23, British/French, studying Applied Economics and Finance at CBS. A KPMG BOI on the side. Went to a chefschool once, excellent at Gordon Ramsay and Borat impressions.
