Room in Vestamager

Hello!
We are looking for a new roommate to join our townhouse apartment in Vestamager January 1st, 2021 for 6 months –with possibility of extension

The Apartment:
The apartment is a beautiful townhouse that has a rooftop, big living Room, a reasonable sized kitchen with lots of light and a garage that has been turned into a second living room/chill area.

The Room:
Is located on the 3rd floor
Price 5500 furnished and heat, water, hot water, wifi are included but electricity is not (380kr every three months) move in is 1st month rent and 2 months deposit 16,500 CPR available

The roommates:
We are an international bunch!
3 guys, from Iceland, London and Mexico and 1 girl from NYC. We all work full time in Copenhagen.
We are easy going, clean and respectable; and we love to host movie nights and dinners from time to time.

Potential roommate:
A Ideally woman (+23y/o) who is easy going, and is here for a job or internship, does not mind being social and also is okay with downtime. Clean but not too obsessive, puts dishes in the dishwasher and cleans up the common areas after themselves. And someone generally to fit in with the home vibes
