room in two room apartment, with possibility of renting the whole place in periods

Hey! I'm renting out the extra room in my two room apt. I travel a lot, about half of the year, so i am looking for someone who is definitely interested in renting the whole apartment the months i am away. The months i am home, we split the rent and the apt (its 5-5500 including laundry, electricity, internet, heat etc.) The months I'm gone, the place and the rent are yours. I'm here in november, but gone all of december. I'm looking for a roomate who is clean and tidy in common areas, non-smoker, doesn't have a need for regular house-parties, and in general happy with life :) I dont eat meat so its also cool if you don't love to cook bacon eeeevery single morning ;) It's a relatively small place (uh, either 56 og 65m2, can't remember..) so for me getting along/ good vibes is key. There's a storage room in the basement for you (its dry), and it's of course possible to have cpr address here. About me: I'm danish, 32 yrs old, I work full-time as an artists, mostly with big outdoor murals, and I love it. I spend a lot of time in my studio downtown, so the hours i'm home are honestly mostly to cook and sleep. Besides work and friends and family, i have a thing for winter swimming, yoga, early mornings in the studio, new cultures, school og life.. There's a giant park 1 minute from the apt, and it takes 12 mins to bike to hovedbanegården. you are allowed to have a dog here (!), i just need to get it approved by the rental company. You should know: i'm looking to swap the apt for another one at some point but i haven't made any attempts yet, and it will take minimum 3 months from when i start, most likely much longer. (in the photos, the mostly empty room is yours-- and you can either use the futon and furniture or we can move it to storage)
