Lovely rooms in shared flat with two balconies and rooftop terrace, 5 min away from the lakes

We have two rooms in our apartments to be rented out from March 1st. Both rooms will be rented out partly/fully furnished with possibilities for extensions.

I am renting out my own room fully furnished, as I will be traveling abroad for work, and we are renting out our third room, as our current roommate is moving together with her boyfriend.

The flat is newly renovated and consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, and a large common space for all. Additionally, there are two built in closets in the flat for your clothing next to the bathroom. In the flat, you will find two balconies in the living room, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. As bonus facilities, we have a lift/elevator, two big rooftop terraces, bike sheds, and a large garden for BBQs and hangouts. The flat is situated 5 min from the lakes, green areas, great restaurants and bars. You will share the entire flat with my wonderful roommate, Marcel, who works full-time as a consultant.
