Room within 117m^2 apartment

One of my roommates has decided to move out and therefore there will be a room available from the 1st of March in my apartment. The room is somewhere between 15-20^m.

The rest of the apartment is as follows:
Nice sized kitchen replete with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bathroom with shower (not the smallest in Copenhagen by any means!)
Large living room.
Small storage room.

The apartment is right next to Husum Torv, which means a great connection for the 5C and the 350S busses, as well as being approx. 500m away from Husum station (C line). There is a Fakta, Netto and Føtex within 2 minutes walk.

We are 28 and 31 years old and both work full time (one man and one woman). Full time working or full time studying + part time working applicants preferred.

The room is for one person, it is not possible for a couple to occupy it. You can of course register your CPR number at the address.

Unfortunately there are no animals allowed.

Note - the deposit amount is a combination of 3 months' rent and 3 months' prepaid rent. Rent = 4,244 per month + 500 for heating.
