Hi there :)
I will soon be leaving my so beloved room with the best flatmates I had so far! :( Therefore, I am giving you the pleasure to take over this amazing room in an apartment just in front of the water and 10 mts walking from the harbor bus, which brings you straight to the center in less than 30 min.
Supermarkets are just around the corner (300 mts. max) and the amazing Amager Fælled is just 10' by walk - there you can run, climb the highest hill in Cph, take some fresh air and enjoy the nature (I really don't want to leave this place - true). Centre is reachable by bike in less than 20 min (or by bus in approx 15 min)
The lifestyle in the house follows a clean and tidy philosophy - it is important to keep common spaces in these conditions :) We are all around 30s y.o. and ver...y busy with work, so it would be ideal that you are in a similar stage of life ;)
Apartment details summarized below:
- It takes aprox. 25'-30' to reach the centre by bus, train or boat (5' by bike to Sydhavn train Station (1.1km))
- Biking time to the inner city is 20' through a beautiful path, or 18' through an alternative one ;)
- There is a netto 3' walking (270m)
- There is an amazing Italian super mega big market 3' by bike (1.1 km)
- There is a SATS gym 4' by bike (1.1km)
- There is a Yoga and coffee place just next to the building
- There is a HUGE park (Amager Fælled) just crossing the bridge for running/walking, takes 4' by bike (1.1km)
The room we are renting is approx. 20 m2 having a small storage room included. The living-room is integrated with the kitchen which is fully equipped with washing machine, and the bathroom has washing and drying machine as well.
The contract is unlimited and we are looking for someone willing to stay for at least a year. Our ideal candidate would be a flexible person, preferably with a stable job and long-term staying. You can move in already in June 1st but no later than August 1st.
The deposit is 3 months rent and 1 month pre-paid rent and 1 rent for the first month you will be joining the flat (covers first month of rent) - Total monthly rent is 6500 DKK plus electricity (which is estimated at 400 DKK/person once every three months).
Total entering costs are approx.: 32500 DKK
We are really looking forward to meet you, and you are welcome to visit us and drop by - with all the Covid-19 measures required ;)
