I am looking for a female roomie between the ages of 18-28, to rent a vacant room in my 114 sqm apartment with two nice girls who studying Master degree now. The room start from March 1, 2020 to end of August, 2020. Because I will go to exchange at this period. The room is approximately 19 sqm. Rent price is 6000/month .
You can also use the furnitures in my room during this period( bed, desk, chair, lamp …) which I just bought them in Sep. this year. It might be convenience for you if you just stay for a short time. Please take care of them:)
The apartment is located in Ørestads Boulevard. It's about. 5 minutes walk from Bella Center and Orestad metro station, and there is a large supermarket and café in a few minutes walk.
The 6000 rent not includes consumption (electricity and heat) and you will share with the kitchen, bathroom and living room in line with other two girls. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, as well as of course a fridge and freezer.
There has bicycle parking downstairs, and then the apartment is right next to the community's green surroundings.
