Furnished Apartment at Aarhus Ø for 1-year Lease

As we are relocating, we are renting our furnished apartment for a 1-year period with the possibility of another 1-year extension.

The leasing period will be from 1st of August 2022 - 31st of July 2023. However, we can be flexible with the dates.

The apartment is located in the Aarhus Ø area right next to the water and close to the city center. It is on the 8th floor and with a view of the sea and the city. The apartment is 82m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, a bathroom, a bedroom and an extra room currently furnished as an office. Furthermore, the apartment has a 15m2 terrace and a parking spot can be arranged for.

The monthly rent will be 12.500 DKK excl. utilities(water, heat, electricity) which make up 1800 DKK per month. Lastly, the deposit will be 2x rent (=25.000 DKK).
