Furnished room with balcony

I have a room for rent in my 2 room apartment at Frederiksberg super close to the Frederiksberg Center (mall), metro and the Frederiksberg svømmehal.

The room and apartment:
The room is about 12 m2, with a new balcony! The room cosy furnished with a really big closet, a small table with two chairs, a small bookcase and a nice elevation bed for beauty sleep. The room is in a lovely apartment with a shared kitchen (with a dishwasher) and bathroom with a separate shower area (yes it is pretty nice).

The surroundings:
The apartment is located in a very quiet area of central Frederiksberg with walking distance to all major public transportation (2 minutes to bus, 5 minutes to metro). It is very close to CBS, Frederiksberg Centeret, several nice parks and supermarkets as well as specialty shops.

A little about me:
I am studying Molecular Biomedicine at Copenhagen University, i'm 22 years old.
Because we're going to share the kitchen and bathroom, it is very important to me that those areas are nice and clean at all times.

You:
You are a women, you might be a student, you are definitely not a smoker, not a huge party person, you clean up after yourself, and will take good care of my apartment.

The practical:
The rent per. month is: 4975,-
Heating, water, electricity, and internet is included.
