Hey there!
I'm going on exchange and my flatmates and me are looking for a new tenant during this period!
The room is part of a beautiful, four story house with a roomy terrace, two balconies and a large garden that is shared with the neighboring houses. We share a large kitchen and a large living room and since we have two bathrooms , you'll only be sharing yours with one other person!
You will be living with two students (both guys, 24 and 25 years old) and one young professional (girl, 27 years old). The two guys both have jobs next to their studies, so the house is usually very quiet during the day. We are a very social flat and we love to hang out together but we also respect everybody's quiet time. It's also very important to us to keep the flat clean.
The room is fully furnished with a large bed (1,40m), a big built-in closet, a shelf and a night table. It has a large window to the floor which makes the room very bright. I'm renting it out from the 1st of July until mid-January. Rent is 7600dkk per month including all utilities and extra costs such as WIFI. CPR is possible.
The house has the perfect location. It is located in walking distance to all CBS buildings, several supermarkets and 3 minutes by foot from Fasanvej Metro station. The area is nice and quiet, yet it is super close to go to the city center, either by bike or public transport. When you want to work out or just chill outside, you only have to step out the door and your are directly in the beautiful Fredriksberg Park.
